These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kroma. By using Kroma, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kroma. If local law requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that age requirement.
2. What Kroma Provides
Kroma provides AI-powered photo generation, portrait templates, image editing, and related creative tools. Results may vary depending on input images, model availability, provider limitations, network conditions, and prompt settings.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload and images generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it with Kroma. You are responsible for the content you upload and the way you use generated images.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Kroma to create, upload, request, or distribute:
- Sexual or explicit content, especially content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized edits of real people.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
- Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or illegal activity.
- Impersonation, fraud, deceptive identity use, or misleading political content.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, payment systems, rate limits, or access controls.
We may block requests, remove access, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we believe these Terms are violated.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using or sharing them.
Kroma does not guarantee that generated images are suitable for any specific commercial, legal, medical, or professional purpose.
7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Kroma may offer subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before renewal. Refund requests are handled according to Apple or Google policies and applicable law.
Credits and subscription benefits may be subject to limits described in the app. Failed generations should not consume credits when no valid result is delivered, but network, provider, or store issues may require support review.
8. Feedback and Reporting
You can report problematic content, abuse, safety issues, account issues, or billing problems by contacting liw58736@gmail.com.
9. Intellectual Property
Kroma, the app design, brand assets, software, and original service content are owned by Kroma or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
10. Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI providers, payment platforms, and infrastructure services may have outages or limitations beyond our control.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass technical or payment protections.
12. Disclaimers
Kroma is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kroma will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kroma after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
