Kroma ("Kroma", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered photo generation and image editing tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

3. Photos, AI Processing, and Generated Images

When you upload a photo, we use it only to provide the image generation or editing feature you requested. Your uploaded photos and generated images may be processed by our backend and by third-party AI infrastructure providers.

Images are transmitted using secure network connections where supported. We do not sell your photos or generated images.

Generated images may be stored so you can view recent results and reopen history. If you are logged in, generation history may be associated with your account. Guest history may also be stored locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Kroma may use third-party services for:

AI image generation and editing.
Image storage and delivery.
Account, backend, and database services.
Payment and subscription processing through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
App diagnostics, crash reporting, and support.

These third parties process information only as needed to provide their services to Kroma.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

We may receive purchase status, product ID, transaction status, entitlement status, subscription state, and related purchase metadata so we can deliver credits or subscription benefits.

6. Content Safety and Abuse Prevention

Kroma may review, block, or reject requests that appear to violate our Terms of Service, app-store policies, or applicable law. This includes sexually explicit content, content involving minors, hate or harassment, graphic violence, illegal activity, impersonation, and infringement of others' rights.
