kroma sells paid credits and subscription plans for AI ecommerce image generation. Users upload product photos, choose modules, and spend credits to generate product images, white-background images, AI tool edits, and fashion detail-page visuals.
One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are not auto-renewing. Credits are delivered to the user's kroma account after successful payment confirmation.

Subscription plans
Subscriptions provide a recurring credit allowance. Checkout is handled by Paddle Checkout when available.

Credit delivery and usage
Credits are delivered to the user's kroma account after payment confirmation. Credit cost is shown before generation and depends on selected feature, module count, quantity, resolution, and brand version options. Failed generation tasks do not consume credits.
Payment, refunds, and support
Paddle Checkout may be used for payment processing. Refund requests, duplicate payments, credit delivery issues, privacy questions, and support requests are handled through the policies linked above and by email at liw58736@gmail.com.
