Kroma AI Photo Studio Terms of Service
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kroma AI Photo Studio mobile app and related services. By using Kroma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Apple Standard EULA
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). For the iOS app, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the higher minimum age required by local law. Creating a Kroma account is optional for supported guest features and purchases. An account enables cloud history, cross-device access, and account-based credit synchronization. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. What Kroma Provides
Kroma provides AI-powered portraits, photo generation, image editing, enhancement, templates, and related creative tools. Results may vary based on your input, model availability, provider limitations, network conditions, and safety controls. You are responsible for reviewing all generated results before sharing, publishing, or relying on them.
4. Your Content
You retain your rights in photos and prompts you submit and in generated images to the extent permitted by applicable law. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to process it with Kroma. You are responsible for your content and for how you use or distribute generated results.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Kroma to create, upload, request, or distribute:
- Sexual or explicit content, especially content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized edits of real people.
- Hate, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, or graphic violence.
- Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive identity use.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Requests intended to bypass safety, payment, rate-limit, or access controls.
We may reject requests, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when these rules are violated.
6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Kroma may offer weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time consumable credit top-ups. Current duration, price, and included benefits are displayed in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a transaction.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store subscription settings.
- Restore Purchases can be used to restore eligible subscription entitlements.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable law.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless Kroma expressly permits it.
- A failed generation does not consume credits when no usable result is delivered.
7. Account Deletion
If you delete your Kroma account, account-linked credits, cloud history, and associated backend records are permanently deleted and cannot be restored, except where limited records must be retained by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
Kroma's software, interface, trademarks, brand assets, and original service content are owned by Kroma or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. AI providers, app stores, payment services, and infrastructure providers may experience outages or limitations beyond our control. We do not guarantee that a particular model, template, result, or feature will always be available.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Kroma is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy, Changes, and Contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. For account, billing, legal, safety, or support questions, email liw58736@gmail.com.
