kroma credits are used for AI ecommerce image generation. The exact credit cost is shown before generation and depends on the selected feature, module count, quantity, resolution, and brand version options.

Usage

Credits may be used for product main images, white-background images, AI tools, detail-page image sets, image enhancement, and related ecommerce creative workflows.

Failed Tasks

Failed generation tasks do not consume credits. If credits are deducted because of a confirmed system error, kroma will review the task and restore the affected credits where appropriate.
